What are the Rules?
Do the Tasks and earn Points!
Once you earn 500 points, you are entered into a drawing to win prizes!
All participants who earn 500 points will be drawn against each prize until a prize is won by one of the participants and so on.
How do I Earn Points?
Here are the ways to earn points:

| Meet with a Registered Dietitian | 50 |
| Share on Social Media Share your workouts/healthy foods/any gym related content and tag @zeamo Limit to 3 per day and tag must be visible | 25 |
| Take 1,000 Steps Limit to 10,000 steps (or 10 points) per day | 1 |
