Purchasing a Zeamo Day Pass
You can purchase any day pass through Zeamo both online and directly within our mobile app which is available on the iOS App Store and Google Play.
If you’re not currently a Zeamo member, create a free account! Search our fitness center directory to find nearby gyms that fit your workout needs and click the blue “Day” box. This will prompt you to input your credit card information. Once that’s complete, hit the Checkout button and go get your exercise on.
Once you purchase a pass, it’s stored within the ‘My Passes’ tab of our online dashboard or within the sidebar of the Zeamo mobile app. When you select ‘My Passes’ you can view all of your New, Active, and Expired passes.
Every gym day pass includes access to the facility and its amenities—although specific services and fitness class offerings will vary from gym to gym.
Be sure to read each individual facility description within the Zeamo directory to understand whether or not fitness classes, special events, or extra services are included with the purchase of your day pass.
Your Zeamo day pass is available for immediate use upon purchase. Note that every Zeamo day pass expires 30 days after purchase. In other words, you have 30 days to activate and use your day pass before it expires. Once activated, a day pass expires at midnight of that day.
Activating a Zeamo Day Pass
Just visit the ‘My Passes’ tab within the Zeamo app or dashboard. Once you’re there, you’ll see New, Active, and Expired tabs. Navigate to ‘New’ tab and click the ‘Activate’ button to activate your pass before you present it at the front desk of the gym!
Oh, you need to fit in a two-a-day. No problem!
Every Zeamo day pass is active until midnight of the day you activate it. Come and go as you like within that time period (so long as the gym is still open).
As soon as a Zeamo day pass is activated, it cannot be cancelled.
Using Zeamo at the gym
When you enter the gym tell the front desk that you bought a day pass through Zeamo and show them the activated pass on your phone.
If your pass is activated, it’s no trouble at all. Just let the front desk of the gym know that you purchased a day pass through Zeamo but you don’t have your phone. They should be able to look you up in the system. However, it’s strongly encouraged that you do bring your phone!
We’re so sorry that happened! Please contact us as soon as possible and give us as much information as you can: gym name, what time you arrived, and who you spoke to. We’ll refund your day pass and do our best to make sure that that doesn’t happen again.
All you need to do is bring yourself and your activated Zeamo day pass on your phone. Appropriate workout gear is strongly recommended and certain gyms may have rules (e.g. no open-toed shoes). Please make sure to check the description of the gym within the Zeamo directory to make sure there are no special requirements.
Please reach out to us to let us know about your experience! We’re constantly working to make sure that check-in is as seamless as possible. If you were not allowed into the facility please let us know so that we can refund you and follow-up with the gym where the confusion occurred.
Managing my Zeamo account
If you’ve purchased multiple day passes you will be able to see them under the ‘My Passes’ page within the New tab. Under this page you can also view passes that are already active or have expired.
Hey, we’re glad you found a great local gym! Just visit the ‘My Passes’ page and click on the Expired tab. Here you’ll be able to see all of your previously activated day passes.
There’s no age limit on fitness! To purchase a pass yourself, you must be 18 years or older. However, if you’re not 18 you can buy a pass with your parent or guardian’s consent.
